Standard Level Service


 The silver price plan is our most popular package and is ideal for new contractors.

This plan involves minimal effort on your part. All we ask you to do is raise monthly invoices and complete expenses claims, both of which are automated procedures that take no more than 10 minutes to complete every month.

You’ll be granted access to our online accounting system, but we’ll keep hold of the admin rights just so we can manage most aspects of your accounting on your behalf.

Silver plan services:

  • Access to a secure online accounts portal.
  • Prepare and file annual Statutory Accounts and Company Tax returns (CT600). 
  • Register for all company and personal taxes (eg VAT and PAYE).
  • Complete and submit VAT returns and recommend the most beneficial VAT scheme.
  • Prepare VAT reports for approval pre-submission.
  • Handle all HMRC and Companies House correspondence.
  • Issue PAYE advice (monthly or quarterly).
  • Secure electronic filing of monthly RTI returns and year-end payroll returns.
  • Complete forms P11d and P11d(b).
  • Provide ongoing tax and accounting advice. 
  • Perform dividend-tailored calculations.
  • Payslip administration.
  • Prepare company year-end accounts (120 days).
  • Prepare quarterly Management Accounts and make recommendations about expenses.
  • Perform higher rate tax calculations and provide advice.
  • Provide feedback and make suggestions on monthly expenses.
  • Supply an extra payroll for employees (1-2).
  • Registered office address in central London.
